Sabbath Activities

We're having a bit of a running debate going in our house lately about what activities are appropriate for Sunday. I've been trying to explain to my children that bike rides, tanning, and working at Lagoon are not appropriate activities.
(Ashley seems to feel that working on Sundays is ok if she still goes to church because it is a "necessity" for her.)
What do you allow on Sundays?

I say yes to family bike rides and no to tanning and Lagoon.
